Bing Zhang
PhD
Professor of Molecular and Human Genetics
👥Biography 个人简介
Bing Zhang has developed the computational frameworks for integrating proteomic, phosphoproteomic, and genomic data in the CPTAC program, enabling systematic identification of cancer driver events at the protein level. His kinase activity inference algorithms predict activated signaling pathways from phosphoproteomics data, identifying therapeutic targets. His multi-omics network analysis tools have become standard in the proteogenomics field for prioritizing cancer vulnerabilities.
