Yasushi Yatabe is a leader in lung cancer molecular pathology and has co chaired international WHO and IASLC classification efforts. His work addresses EGFR testing, histologic classification, and molecular subtyping. He has published extensively on NSCLC diagnostic pathology. He is among the most influential thoracic pathologists globally.
