Bhagwan Yadav has developed the Drug Sensitivity Score and related computational metrics for quantifying drug combination responses in patient-derived cancer samples, enabling personalized identification of synergistic drug combinations tailored to individual patient tumors in ex vivo functional precision medicine programs. His research at FIMM has established methods for analyzing drug combination dose-response matrices from patient samples and has identified effective combination strategies for drug-resistant leukemias through systematic ex vivo combination screening. His work is enabling functional precision oncology approaches to combination therapy selection.
