👥Biography 个人简介

Catherine Wu is a pioneer in personalized neoantigen vaccine science at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, whose laboratory developed the computational and immunological frameworks for identifying optimal neoantigen targets from tumor sequencing data. Her collaborative work with Moderna on mRNA-4157 (V940) in combination with pembrolizumab for melanoma produced landmark results demonstrating significant improvement in recurrence-free survival. She has established the scientific foundations for understanding how neoantigen vaccines reshape the tumor-specific T cell repertoire.
