👥Biography 个人简介

William Tse has dedicated his research career to understanding JAK2 V617F mutation biology and developing novel therapeutic strategies for JAK2-driven MPNs. His laboratory studies the mechanisms by which JAK2 V617F confers growth advantage to hematopoietic progenitors and activates downstream signaling pathways. He has contributed to development of JAK2-specific inhibitors and investigated combination strategies targeting multiple nodes in JAK-STAT signaling. His work has clinical relevance to polycythemia vera, essential thrombocythemia, and myelofibrosis driven by this common somatic mutation.
