🧪Research Fields 研究领域
🎓Key Contributions 主要贡献
STS Clinical Trials Leadership
Led or co-led pivotal STS trials including ANNOUNCE (olaratumab + doxorubicin) and multiple CDK4-inhibitor studies in liposarcoma, shaping global frontline therapy standards and understanding of trial design in rare tumors.
CDK4/MDM2-Targeted Therapy in Liposarcoma
Advanced the clinical development of palbociclib, abemaciclib, and MDM2 antagonists for WD/DD liposarcoma, correlating genomic amplification with clinical response in prospective studies.
Representative Works 代表性著作
Olaratumab and Doxorubicin versus Doxorubicin Alone for Treatment of Soft-Tissue Sarcoma (ANNOUNCE)
Lancet (2020)
Phase III ANNOUNCE trial that did not confirm OS benefit of olaratumab, providing critical lessons on STS trial design and biomarker enrichment.
Palbociclib in Patients with Well-Differentiated or Dedifferentiated Liposarcoma
Journal of Clinical Oncology (2022)
Demonstrated CDK4 inhibitor activity in CDK4-amplified liposarcoma, supporting a genomically-selected approach to this STS subtype.
