Dr. Wendy Bhatt is a structural biologist at Stanford specializing in cryo-electron microscopy applied to cancer drug discovery. Her laboratory uses cryo-EM to determine near-atomic-resolution structures of PROTAC ternary complexes and E3 ligase-substrate interactions, enabling structure-guided optimization of targeted protein degradation drugs. Her work is accelerating the design of selective PROTAC degraders for oncogenic proteins.
