Luk Vandenberghe is a leader in AAV capsid engineering and directs the Grousbeck Gene Therapy Center at Mass Eye and Ear. His laboratory has developed novel AAV capsids for ocular and systemic gene therapy. He co-founded Affinia Therapeutics to translate capsid engineering into cancer and genetic disease therapies.
