Eliezer Van Allen

Eliezer Van Allen has developed computational approaches for extracting clinically actionable insights from tumor sequencing data, creating pipelines for predicting immunotherapy response through tumor mutational burden analysis, neoantigen prediction, and genomic resistance mechanism detection that have been implemented in clinical sequencing programs. His research at Dana-Farber has established the bioinformatics infrastructure for translating cancer genomic data into treatment decisions and has identified genomic biomarkers of response and resistance to targeted therapy and immunotherapy.
