Vaishali Sanchorawala leads one of the largest amyloidosis programs in the United States and has published extensively on autologous stem cell transplantation in AL amyloidosis. She has contributed to defining transplant eligibility criteria, characterizing long-term outcomes following ASCT, and identifying predictors of treatment-related mortality in amyloid patients. Her work spans conventional and novel agent-based consolidation strategies following ASCT.
