👥Biography 个人简介

Ute Moll is a leading expert on the oncogenic gain-of-function activities of mutant p53 proteins, which actively promote tumor progression and therapy resistance beyond simple loss of wild-type tumor suppressor activity. Her research demonstrated that mutant p53 stabilization drives cancer cell invasion, metabolic reprogramming, and resistance to genotoxic therapy. She has investigated how mutant p53 proteins aggregate and how this aggregation can be therapeutically targeted. Her work has been pivotal in motivating clinical development of mutant p53 reactivation strategies.
