Ravindra Uppaluri is a surgeon-scientist who has led neoadjuvant immunotherapy trials for HPV-negative head and neck cancer. His research demonstrates that preoperative pembrolizumab can achieve pathologic responses in resectable HNSCC. He bridges head and neck surgical oncology with tumor immunology to develop novel treatment paradigms.
