👥Biography 个人简介

Mehmet Toner is the inventor of the CTC-iChip, a microfluidic platform that achieves ultrapure isolation of circulating tumor cells through negative depletion of blood cells, enabling unbiased capture of CTCs regardless of surface marker expression. His technology has identified CTC clusters with 50-fold increased metastatic potential compared to single CTCs, fundamentally changing our understanding of metastatic seeding. His microfluidic innovations underpin multiple clinical CTC diagnostic platforms.
