👥Biography 个人简介

Todd Golub transformed cancer classification by demonstrating that gene expression profiling can distinguish cancer subtypes with clinical implications, publishing the landmark study that classified acute leukemias using microarray-based molecular profiling. His leadership of the Cancer Cell Line Encyclopedia (CCLE) and Cancer Dependency Map projects has provided the research community with comprehensive genomic, transcriptomic, and drug sensitivity data for over 1,000 cancer cell lines. He established the Broad Institute's cancer program as a world-leading center for cancer genomics and drug discovery. His systematic approach to cancer genomics has enabled data-driven precision oncology.
