Tobias Else

Tobias Else at the University of Michigan has contributed to the genomic characterization of adrenocortical carcinoma through contributions to TCGA and related molecular profiling studies. His research has identified Wnt/beta-catenin pathway alterations, TP53 mutations, and other driver alterations in ACC. He has been involved in evaluating immunotherapy and targeted approaches in ACC and contributes to guidelines through ENSAT and AACE/ENDO scientific networks. His work on translating molecular findings to clinical prognostication and treatment selection in ACC has advanced precision oncology for this rare malignancy.
