Tim Hunt

Sir Tim Hunt is a Nobel Prize-winning biochemist who discovered cyclins, the proteins that periodically drive the cell cycle engine by activating CDKs. He shared the 2001 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine with Leland Hartwell and Paul Nurse.
