Jeanne Tie led the DYNAMIC trial showing that ctDNA-guided adjuvant therapy in stage II colon cancer reduces chemotherapy use without compromising outcomes. She is a leading investigator of ctDNA minimal residual disease in colorectal cancer at Peter Mac and WEHI. Her work has influenced international adjuvant strategy.
