Tanios Bekaii-Saab

Tanios Bekaii-Saab at Mayo Clinic is a leader in gastrointestinal oncology with particular expertise in KRAS-targeted approaches in colorectal cancer. He has been involved in the development and clinical evaluation of KRAS G12C inhibitors in CRC and has led multiple phase I/II trials testing novel KRAS-targeting strategies. His research group has been active in defining optimal combination strategies that overcome feedback resistance to KRAS G12C inhibition. He has also contributed to understanding KRAS G12D inhibitors and next-generation approaches to target KRAS-mutant CRC.
