👥Biography 个人简介

Sylvia Lee at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center has contributed to clinical evaluation of adenosine pathway inhibitors in cancer immunotherapy, evaluating CD73 inhibitors and adenosine receptor (A2AR) blockers to reverse immunosuppression in cold tumors. Her research has assessed oleclumab and other CD73-blocking antibodies in combination with checkpoint inhibitors in multiple solid tumor types. She has contributed to understanding the immunosuppressive mechanisms by which adenosine accumulation in the tumor microenvironment suppresses T-cell function. Her clinical trial work has helped define patient selection biomarkers for adenosine pathway blockade.
