Stephan Stilgenbauer is a leading German CLL cytogeneticist and clinician who has systematically characterized the prognostic landscape of CLL through comprehensive interphase FISH and genomic analyses. His landmark studies established del17p/TP53 mutation, del11q ATM, and complex karyotype as key adverse prognostic markers guiding treatment decisions.
