Peter Sorger

Peter Sorger leads large-scale tissue atlas projects within the Human Tumor Atlas Network generating spatial proteomics data across cancer types and treatment conditions. His systems pharmacology approach integrates spatial proteomics with drug response data to understand how tumor microenvironment architecture influences therapeutic efficacy.
