Sophia Karagiannis

Prof. Sophia Karagiannis is a translational cancer immunologist at King's College London who works at the intersection of computational pathology and immune cell analysis. She has contributed to AI-based quantification of immune cell infiltrates from H&E and multiplex immunohistochemistry images to characterize tumor immune phenotypes. Her work on training deep learning models to recognize immune cell subpopulations from standard staining advances cost-effective tumor immune profiling.
