Dr. Siraj Ali is a pioneering oncologist and scientist who has driven the clinical adoption of comprehensive genomic profiling (CGP) as a standard oncology tool. As CSO at Foundation Medicine, he led development of validated TMB and MSI-H measurements used in FDA approvals of pembrolizumab. His research has defined how CGP-derived biomarkers can guide immunotherapy decisions across cancer types.
