👥Biography 个人简介

Ankur Singh developed biomaterial-based platforms for studying ILC-tumor interactions in three-dimensional microenvironments, creating synthetic immune niches that recapitulate the stromal signals governing ILC differentiation and function within solid tumors. His organoid co-culture systems incorporating ILCs with tumor cells and stromal components enabled high-throughput screening of interventions targeting ILC-mediated immune regulation. He engineers biomaterial implants that locally reprogram ILC populations to enhance anti-tumor immunity at surgical margins and metastatic sites.
