Silvia Stacchiotti, MD is a Senior Medical Oncologist at INT Milan and the world's leading clinical expert on chordoma and alveolar soft part sarcoma (ASPS). She established the international chordoma treatment community and led consensus guidelines development. Her work on PDGFR inhibition in chordoma and MET/TFE3 targeting in ASPS has transformed management of these ultra-rare tumors.

Established clinical activity of imatinib and other PDGFR/EGFR inhibitors in chordoma through prospective trials, leading international consensus guidelines that define global standard-of-care for this rare bone and STS tumor.

Led the clinical development of antiangiogenic and MET-targeted therapy in ASPS, and contributed to the first phase II immunotherapy trials showing exceptional responses to anti-PD-1 therapy in this translocation-driven STS.
