Silvia Bhatt

Silvia Bhatt investigates therapeutic targeting of aberrant RNA splicing in cancer, developing splice-switching oligonucleotides and small molecules that correct or exploit cancer-specific splicing defects. Her laboratory has identified splicing-derived neoantigens as novel immunotherapy targets. She has contributed to preclinical development of splicing modulators for hematologic and solid malignancies. Her work bridges RNA biology and cancer therapeutics.
