Silke Gillessen is a prostate cancer specialist who has contributed to PEACE-1 and other pivotal mHSPC trials examining triplet therapy combinations. She is chair of the Advanced Prostate Cancer Consensus Conference (APCCC) which convenes global experts to provide guidance on controversial treatment decisions in mHSPC and CRPC. Her research focuses on treatment sequencing, patient stratification, and quality of life in advanced prostate cancer. Gillessen has been instrumental in developing international consensus recommendations for mHSPC management.
