Shirley Liu at Dana-Farber has developed computational tools widely used in cancer epigenomics and immunogenomics, including MACS2 (peak calling for ChIP-seq), TIMER (tumor immune estimation resource), and methods for analyzing CRISPR screens in cancer. Her computational resources for immune infiltration analysis in tumors from TCGA data have been extensively used for cancer immunotherapy biomarker research.
