👥Biography 个人简介
Shinya Yamanaka is a Nobel Laureate (2012) who discovered that mature cells can be reprogrammed to become pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs). This breakthrough has transformed regenerative medicine and enabled new approaches to cancer immunotherapy, including the development of iPSC-derived immune cells for off-the-shelf cellular therapies. Yamanaka's four reprogramming factors (Oct4, Sox2, Klf4, c-Myc) remain the foundation of iPSC technology.
