Sherene Loi is an internationally recognized breast cancer researcher whose work bridges genomics, immunology, and clinical translation. She has contributed to understanding immune infiltrates (TILs) as predictive biomarkers in breast cancer and to PI3K pathway alterations in HR+ disease. Her laboratory investigates mechanisms of CDK4/6 inhibitor resistance through comprehensive molecular profiling. She leads translational research programs in Australia and has been recognized with multiple international awards for her contributions to breast cancer science.
