Shannon Maude led the ELIANA trial establishing tisagenlecleucel (Kymriah) as the first FDA-approved CAR-T cell therapy for relapsed/refractory pediatric and young adult B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Her work transformed the prognosis for relapsed pediatric ALL. She continues to advance CAR-T cell optimization and long-term outcome characterization.
