👥Biography 个人简介

Seishi Ogawa has made foundational contributions to understanding SF3B1 mutations in myelodysplastic syndromes and chronic lymphocytic leukemia through large-scale cancer genome sequencing studies. His laboratory identified recurrent splicing factor mutations as among the most common genetic alterations in myeloid malignancies. He has mapped the genomic landscape of clonal hematopoiesis including splicing factor mutations as early events. His work has defined the genetic architecture of myeloid neoplasm evolution.
