Dr. Scott Kopetz is a GI oncologist at MD Anderson specializing in colorectal cancer and is investigating TROP2 as a therapeutic target in that setting. His research evaluates TROP2 expression in colorectal cancer and the activity of TROP2-directed ADCs including sacituzumab govitecan in TROPION-PanTumor pan-tumor basket trials. He is internationally recognized for his work on BRAF-mutant colorectal cancer.
