Deborah Schrag chairs medicine at Memorial Sloan Kettering and led the practice-changing PROSPECT trial showing that neoadjuvant FOLFOX with selective chemoradiation is non-inferior to standard chemoradiation in selected locally advanced rectal cancer. Her work is reshaping neoadjuvant approaches that complement W&W pathways. She is a leading GI medical oncologist and health services researcher.
