👥Biography 个人简介

Sara Bhatt investigates pharmacogenomics of immunomodulatory drugs including thalidomide, lenalidomide, and pomalidomide in multiple myeloma. Her research has characterized CRBN gene variants and expression patterns that predict response to IMiD therapy. She has identified germline and somatic pharmacogenomic determinants of both efficacy and adverse effects in myeloma patients. Her work provides insights into how pharmacogenomic profiling can optimize the use of backbone therapies in myeloma treatment protocols.
