Santiago González-Moreno is Chief of Surgical Oncology at Hospital MD Anderson Cancer Center Madrid and founded Spain's foremost peritoneal surface oncology programme. Trained by Paul Sugarbaker, he established and led PSOGI as its president, driving international standardization of CRS + HIPEC quality, training, and research. He has published widely on outcomes, patient selection, and HIPEC drug protocols.
