Dr. Ryan Corcoran is a physician-scientist investigating resistance mechanisms to targeted therapies with a particular emphasis on KRAS-mutant cancers. His laboratory discovered key bypass resistance pathways to KRAS G12C inhibitors involving MET amplification and RAS pathway amplification. He also studies pan-KRAS inhibitors and KRAS G12D-targeting approaches for colorectal and pancreatic cancer.
