James Rubenstein leads PCNSL research at UCSF and chaired the CALGB/Alliance 50202 trial establishing methotrexate-temozolomide-rituximab induction with consolidation. He pioneered intraventricular rituximab for CNS lymphoma. His laboratory studies the molecular biology of CNS lymphoma.
