Ross Levine is a leading investigator of the molecular mechanisms underlying acute myeloid leukemia. His laboratory has made seminal contributions to characterizing IDH1/IDH2 mutations and epigenetic dysregulation in AML. He has led multiple early-phase clinical trials of targeted agents in AML and MDS. His work has directly informed the clinical development of IDH inhibitors.
