Roger Stupp defined the modern standard of care for glioblastoma (the Stupp regimen) combining radiotherapy with concurrent and adjuvant temozolomide, and subsequently led the EF-14 trial establishing tumor treating fields as a survival-prolonging adjunct. His decades of leadership have shaped GBM treatment globally. He continues to investigate combination approaches with TTFields.
