Karin Rodland has provided scientific leadership for the CPTAC consortium and led proteogenomic analyses of ovarian cancer that identified signaling pathway alterations driving platinum resistance and immune evasion. Her work on cell signaling network reconstruction from phosphoproteomics data has revealed therapeutic vulnerabilities specific to proteomic subtypes. Her efforts in establishing community standards for cancer proteomics data generation and sharing have enabled reproducible proteogenomic research.
