Rodabe Amaria pioneered neoadjuvant therapy trials in resectable stage III melanoma, showing that pathologic complete response with BRAF/MEK or combination IO predicts excellent long-term outcomes. Her investigator-initiated work established pCR as a surrogate endpoint in melanoma. She continues to lead platform trials integrating response-adapted adjuvant de-escalation.
