Ana Robles has contributed to lung cancer proteogenomic characterization within the CPTAC program, identifying proteomic signatures associated with p53 pathway dysfunction and therapeutic response. Her work on post-translational modifications in cancer has revealed how protein-level regulation creates cancer vulnerabilities invisible to genomic analysis. Her research on proteomic subtyping of lung cancers has identified patient subgroups with distinct treatment sensitivities.
