👥Biography 个人简介

Robert Schreiber formulated the cancer immunoediting hypothesis describing how the immune system shapes tumor immunogenicity through elimination, equilibrium, and escape phases. His work demonstrated that tumors selectively lose MHC-I expression and immunogenic neoantigens under immune pressure. He has revealed the critical role of IFN-gamma signaling in maintaining MHC expression and how its loss enables immune evasion in checkpoint-resistant cancers.
