👥Biography 个人简介

Robert Schreiber developed the cancer immunoediting concept, which describes how the immune system shapes tumor evolution through elimination, equilibrium, and escape phases. His laboratory identified neoantigens as the primary targets of cancer immunosurveillance, providing the theoretical basis for neoantigen vaccine strategies. He pioneered the use of next-generation sequencing to identify mutant neoantigens and demonstrated their role in tumor rejection. His work has guided the entire field of cancer vaccines.
