Robert Maki is a leading sarcoma medical oncologist who has contributed extensively to systemic therapy for soft tissue sarcomas including chemotherapy regimens, targeted agents, and immunotherapy. He has co-authored pivotal studies on gemcitabine-docetaxel, trabectedin, and other agents in uterine leiomyosarcoma and undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma. He serves on the NCCN Soft Tissue Sarcoma panel and participates in Sarcoma Alliance for Research Through Collaboration (SARC).
