Robert Bhatt

Robert Bhatt at Dana-Farber focuses on cancer stem cell biology in multiple myeloma and approaches to target myeloma stem cells. His research on the surface markers and transcriptional programs that define myeloma stem cells, and on how these cells mediate drug resistance and disease relapse, contributes to the development of strategies that complement conventional anti-myeloma therapy by specifically eliminating the drug-resistant stem cell compartment.
