Paul Robbins co-developed the high-throughput senolytic drug screening platform that identified fisetin and other natural product senolytics, and co-leads clinical trials evaluating their efficacy in reducing age-related disease burden including cancer. His research on NF-kB signaling in senescent cells has revealed druggable targets for SASP suppression as an alternative to senolysis. He combines basic science discovery with clinical translation in the senolytic therapy field.
