Reuven Agami at NKI has contributed to understanding how miRNA networks and RNA-binding proteins regulate cancer cell behavior. His work on p53-regulated miRNAs, on miRNA-target interaction networks in cancer, and on the mechanisms of post-transcriptional gene regulation in cancer cells has contributed to the understanding of non-coding RNA biology in cancer.
