Dr. Aviv Regev is one of the founding architects of the Human Cell Atlas and a pioneer of single-cell genomics applied to cancer biology. Her laboratory developed foundational single-cell RNA-seq methods and has created comprehensive spatial and single-cell atlases of human tumors. Her work at Genentech applies these approaches to drug discovery and biomarker identification at population scale.
